Vehicle description: passenger vehicles. the automatic window retractor system, which allows the vehicle door(s) to open, will remain in the closed position.
Safety Consequence
If this occurs, the vehicle occupant would not be able to exit (or enter) the vehicle in the event of a vehicle crash or fire.
Corrective Action
Dealers will inspect the window system and, if necessary, will replace the system with the new, modified version of the micro switch and latch assembly.
