Defect Summary

Equipment description: aftermarket heater cores used on isuzu trooper and pickup. the heater core can rupture.

Safety Consequence

This rupture is of sufficient force to spray hot antifreeze causing possible burns to adjacent occupants.

Corrective Action

These heater cores will be replaced.
