Defect Summary

Equipment description: 6" deluxe fan for use in automotive vehicle interiors can overheat.

Safety Consequence

This condition could cause the fan to potentially cause a fire in a vehicle's interior.

Corrective Action

Consumers are being asked to return the fans to axius and will receive a coupon good for a new fan or other axius products. consumers are asked not to use these fans.
