Tire description: lt215/85r16 "d" load range, serial nos. u2ba7kl308 through 129 and "e" load range, serial nos. U2bawkl198 through 129. stress cracks or splits can develop where the sidewall attaches to the square bead wire bundle.
Safety Consequence
Cracking of the tire sidewall can result in deflation of the tire and possible loss of vehicle control.
Corrective Action
Nissan diesel is conducting the owner notification and remedy campaign.
