Defect Summary

Vehicle description: motor home chassis. these vehicles do not comply with the dash light intensity requirement of fmvss no. 101, "controls and displays."

Safety Consequence

The operator would not be able to control the intensity of the dash lighting.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the dash light dimmer switch.
