Defect Summary

Vehicle description: van trailers with slide suspensions. improperly applied weld attachment of the upper bogie rails to trailer crossmembers.

Safety Consequence

Trailer turn over or a vehicle crash could occur.

Corrective Action

Dealers will reweld the rail attachment welds and install attachment clips/gussets.
